Saviya Forge Lanka was founded on a simple but powerful belief: world-class food and manufacturing isn't about importing solutions — it's about understanding the unique challenges of Sri Lankan producers and crafting approaches that actually work.
Born from years of hands-on experience in coconut processing, cosmetic, tea, fibre, and food manufacturing and more, we've walked the factory floor, navigated complex international certifications, and helped transform operations from struggling to thriving. We've seen firsthand the gap between what global standards require and what local manufacturers face daily.
That's why we exist — to bridge that gap with practical expertise, genuine partnership, and an unwavering commitment to making excellence achievable for every manufacturer in Sri Lanka.
Guiding principles that shape every partnership, every project, and every success story
More than words on a page — these are the principles we live by in every client relationship
We build relationships on trust, transparency, and honest communication. Our recommendations are always in your best interest, never influenced by shortcuts or conflicts.
We turn challenges into opportunities. Whether it's product development, waste reduction, or process optimization — we bring creative, science-backed solutions.
Global standards meet local understanding. We combine international certification knowledge with deep experience in Sri Lankan food industries — across food, coconut, cosmetic, tea, fibre and allied manufacturing industries.
Your success is our success. We don't just advise and leave — we collaborate, support, and stand with you until systems are stable and delivering results.
Advice means little without outcomes. We hold ourselves accountable to the numbers that matter — certifications passed, costs reduced, and systems that keep working long after we've handed them over.
Experience, passion, and commitment to transforming Sri Lanka's food industry
Founder & CEO
Rangana brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in food processing, quality management, and international certifications, spanning hands-on factory management and successful certification implementations across multiple food sectors.
With deep expertise in Sri Lanka's coconut industry — from desiccated coconut to virgin coconut oil — he understands the unique challenges of tropical food processing, export requirements, and implementing global standards in local manufacturing environments.
Having personally navigated BRCGS, organic certifications, and social audits, Rangana combines rigorous technical knowledge with battle-tested strategies that work in real-world conditions. He founded Saviya Forge with a clear vision: to make world-class food manufacturing achievable for every Sri Lankan producer committed to excellence, guided by a philosophy of partnership over profit, results over rhetoric, and sustainable growth over quick fixes.

In our very first year of operation, we hit the ground running expanding our capabilities, diversifying our services, and delivering real, measurable value to the food industry.
Most consultants deliver recommendations and leave. We roll up our sleeves and work alongside your team — from factory floor to management meetings — until systems are stable and delivering measurable results.
Our training and support are delivered in both Sinhala and English, ensuring every team member — from frontline workers to top management — fully understands compliance and quality principles and their role in achieving them.
Coconut processing, fruit preservation, spice handling, dehydration technologies — we're not generalists trying to apply one-size-fits-all solutions. We bring specialized knowledge of food, coconut,
cosmetic, tea, fibre, spice, and allied manufacturing sectors.
Beautiful documentation that nobody follows doesn't help you. We create systems that are audit-ready AND factory-friendly — designed to work with your resources, your team, and your operational realities.
Yes, we'll help you pass audits. But we also focus on cost reduction, waste minimization, new product development, and operational efficiency — certifications that also make your business stronger.
We measure success not by projects completed, but by partnerships sustained. Many of our clients have worked with us for years across multiple certifications, product launches, and growth initiatives.
Let's start a conversation about your goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
